REPORT: Beit Hanoun area of Gaza completely devastated after Israeli offensive

Residents of the northern Gaza community of Beit Hanoun found their houses completely destroyed on Friday, as they emerged from shelters elsewhere in the war-torn Palestinian territory.

Entire neighborhoods of multi-level houses and buildings were flattened with rubble and personal belongings scattered everywhere.

Residents picked through their property in the hopes of salvaging anything left intact.
