REPORT: International Support Group gives Lebanon verbal support

The international community has pledged to support Lebanon both on the economic and military levels in a bid to address numerous challenges, but did not announce new concrete assistance in this regard.

This came as the International Support Group for Lebanon convened on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, in the presence of foreign ministers, ambassadors as well as U.N. and World Bank officials.
