REPORT: Are the Lebanese people and state ready for the new traffic law?

Lebanese municipalities stated on Tuesday that they are not ready to implement the new traffic law set to enter into force as of the 22nd of April, citing poor road conditions and inoperative traffic lights as a main obstacle.
