REPORT: Batroun governmental hospital employees stage sit-in

The employees of Batroun governmental hospital staged a sit-in on Thursday outside the facility to protest against the termination of the contract signed with the National Social Security Fund.

Last month, the general director of the National Social Security Fund issued a memo stating that the contract with Dr Emile Bitar Governmental Hospital in Batroun has been terminated, without giving any further clarifications.
