REPORT: Lebanese civilian injured as landmine explodes in Akoura

A Lebanese civilian, identified as Toni Tanios, was wounded on Saturday when a landmine exploded in the remote area of Akoura.

The civilian was hunting along with his friends when he ran over the landmine, which left his leg injured.

Consequently, he was transported to the Notre Dame de Secours Hospital in Jbeil for treatment.
