REPORT: MPs say legislative session will not be postponed

Lebanese lawmakers said during Speaker Nabih Berri’s weekly meeting with MPs that the legislative session set to be held on Thursday will not be adjourned.

For his part, MP Estephan Doueihi noted that the lawmakers must issue necessary legislation in order to preserve the country’s interests.

Meanwhile, MP Qassem Hachem reiterated that the session will take place on Thursday, adding that contacts are ongoing in this regards.
