Retired servicemen return to the streets
Retired servicemen staged on Wednesday a sit-in outside the Finance Ministry’s VAT building to protest austerity measures against them.
 
The sit-in was held amid tight security measures after protesters cut roads in Beirut area.
 
Just before noon, the retired servicemen re-opened the roads and ended their protest.
