Will medicines be distributed next week to pharmacies?

Nothing has changed so far. The Importing companies are still refraining from delivering medicines to pharmacies because they did not obtain the approval of the Central Bank to disburse the funds allocated to subsidized medicines.

About 60 to 70 percent of medicines are now missing from Lebanon’s market, with 87 types of them being medicines for incurable and chronic diseases.
