The engines of the Cabinet formation process are currently switched off in Lebanon as the leaders of the country went early for the Eid al-Adha holiday.

No date was set yet for the binding parliamentary and no agreement was reached on an alternative after Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri stepped down.
