BDL issues circular on withdrawals from accounts in foreign currencies-[REPORT]

The Banque du Liban announced on Thursday that it has decided for those who wish to benefit from circular No. 151, to raise the exchange rate of the US dollar from 3,900 LBP to 8,000 LBP, with a monthly withdrawal limit of 3,000 dollars.
