The referendum on the new Egyptian constitution started on Wednesday in the Egyptian Embassy of Beirut. Egyptian who came to vote reflected the division prevailing on the Egyptian streets.
For his part, the Egyptian ambassador justified this modest voting turnout by saying that 'Egyptians are not used to express their opinion'.
