Speaker Nabih Berri never received less than ninety votes when elected Speaker of Parliament over the years.
According to the International Information Study, he received 98 votes in 2018 compared to 124 votes in 2000.
In this session, Berri faces the possibility of not reaching 65 votes from deputies, and possibly even fewer.
