President Aoun receives economic bodies recovery plan-[VIDEO]

President Michel Aoun received on Tuesday the economic bodies' plan for financial and economic recovery, which includes ways to gradually return funds to bank depositors.

 

"I support efforts and logical solutions to address the current crisis, and in our demand for a financial audit, we wanted nothing more than the pursuit of the truth," Aoun said.

 

In turn, former Minister Mohamed Choucair voiced hopes that “President Aoun will support the plan, which is realistic and far from being populist."
