Fayyad to LBCI: This is the most important week in the course of the electoral debate

 
Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Ali Fayyad said on Sunday that Hezbollah will be declaring its position regarding the elections during the meetings of the parliamentary sub-committee tasked with discussing the electoral law.         

Fayyad added that he has various remarks related to the electoral draft presented by Former Minister Fouad Boutros.                        

Fayyad told LBCI that his party's stance will be formulated upon listening to the discussions and remarks related to the electoral law and mentioned that this week is important in the course of the electoral debate.               

Fayyad pointed out that Hezbollah will be getting back to the Orthodox gathering electoral draft which was previously agreed on and referred to Speaker Nabih Berri if an agreement related to the electoral law was not reached.              

In this context, sources mentioned to LBCI that Speaker Berri informed a delegation from the Future Movement that if the electoral law is not on the bases of proportionality, is "lifeless."
