REPORT: Kidnaps for ransom reach an all time high in Lebanon

Kidnapping for ransom has reached a record high in Lebanon this year.

The issue has been developing since the beginning of the year with kidnappers asking for ransoms that reach beyond the imagination.

This report will examine kidnapping incidents Lebanon's Bekaa, South, Tyre, and Forzol.
