REPORT: Thieves in Lebanon undeterred by surveillance cameras

A group of thieves broke into an electronics store in Zahle, owned by Hisham Khazaqa, and stole several items, unconcerned with the surveillance cameras and the alarm.

In only ten minutes, the thieves were able to collect 10 thousand dollars worth of electronics.

Security forces rushed to the scene and launched an investigation in the case, while criminal evidence teams examined the crime scene but were unable to find fingerprints, “because the thieves were professionals,” as they said.
