EU holds 'historic meeting' of all Foreign Ministers in Kyiv: Borrell

The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, announced on Monday that all EU foreign ministers are meeting for the first time outside the EU in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.

Borrell stated in a social media post, "We are holding a historic meeting of the European Union foreign ministers here in Ukraine, the candidate state and future EU member. We are here to express our solidarity and support for the Ukrainian people."
