Israel has right to defend itself: Germany’s Scholz

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz considered that "Israel has the right to defend itself" against the "barbaric" attacks by the Palestinian Hamas Movement.

He announced that he is consulting with the leaders of Egypt, the United States, France, and UK, "doing everything in his power to ensure that this attack does not turn into a major fire with unpredictable consequences for the entire region."
