Riyadh to host 2030 World Expo

The International Bureau of Exhibitions announced on Tuesday that the Saudi capital, Riyadh, will host the "Expo 2030" exhibition, surpassing Busan (South Korea) and Rome by a large margin.

Riyadh received 119 votes compared to 29 for Busan and 17 for Rome, meaning it won two-thirds of the 165 votes according to the results of the International Bureau of Exhibitions.
