German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to visit China on Saturday

Chancellor Olaf Scholz will travel to China on Saturday for a three-day visit, during which he will meet with President Xi Jinping and other officials, as announced by his spokesperson, Steffen Heiberg, on Monday.

At a regular press conference, the spokesperson said that this visit will be the second by the Chancellor to China since taking office at the end of 2021.
