Abou Ibrahim to LBCI: A date will be set for Lebanese hostages’ release
Abou Ibrahim, one of the kidnappers of the 11 Lebanese citizens in Syria, stressed on Monday that he allowed the hostages to call their relatives in Lebanon to reassure them. In a statement to LBCI, he noted that Syria will be liberated, adding that a date will be set soon for the release of the 11 Lebanese hostages, after specifying the side that will receive them.

Abou Ibrahim revealed that, ten days ago, Aleppo was freed and a buffer zone was set in Azaz, northern Syria, noting that the hostages are 35 kilometers away from the borders with Turkey. He added that he is willing to contact the Lebanese side, and particularly a member of the Parliament.

Abou Ibrahim called for prosecuting Hezbollah’s “militia” in the international court.
