Blinken hopes to reach agreement for hostage release with Hamas

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressed hope on Wednesday to reach an agreement for the release of hostages held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

Blinken stated, "There is a lot of work to be done, but we are focusing intensely on it and hope to resume the hostage release that has halted."
