US President Biden: Ceasefire agreement now in Hamas' hands

US President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, in exchange for the release of Israeli hostages, is now in the hands of Hamas.

He added that a ceasefire is necessary to facilitate the delivery of more aid to Gaza.

He told reporters, "We must deliver more aid to Gaza."
