Berlin: Israel has no excuse to block aid to Gaza

German Foreign Minister urged Israel on Friday to quickly fulfill its promises to allow humanitarian aid to reach the Gaza Strip, considering that the Israeli state "no longer has excuses" to prevent it.

Annalena Baerbock wrote on X that "people in Gaza need every package of aid," while Israel announced that it would temporarily allow the entry of humanitarian aid into the famine-threatened northern Gaza Strip hours after an unprecedented warning from its ally, the United States.
