Two roads cut-off in North Lebanon by protesting men with burning tires

A number of young men blocked on Monday morning the international road linking Tripoli to Akkar to protest the Lebanese army's arrest of a citizen who hails from Tripoli's Bab al-Tabbaneh, the state-run National News Agency reported.

Similarly, a number of young men who hail from the town of Fouar - Zgharta blocked the road linking Tripoli to Donniyeh with burning tires to protest the detention of young men from the town by members of the Internal Security Forces.
