3 Syrian nationals abducted on Hermel-North road

Three Syrian nationals were kidnapped Sunday on the road that links the eastern town of Hermel to northern Lebanon, the state-run National News Agency reported.

The abduction took place at dawn when gunmen intercepted a van heading from the border town of Arsal to the North, the agency added.

The kidnapped were identified as Mahmoud Zhouri, Mahmoud Shoaiwi and Khaled al-Hakam.
