Future bloc MP Ahmad Fatfat said on Thursday that the March 14 alliance previously suggested the formation of a neutral cabinet, adding however that Hezbollah's threats hindered the move.
He also noted that the formation process is currently linked to the ongoing disputes between the March 8 alliance, accusing MP Michel Aoun of putting personal interest above all other considerations.
Fatfat's comments were made following a meeting with Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea in which he did not rule out the possibility of Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam forming a "fait accompli cabinet" despite the objections of some Lebanese leaders.
