Daouk calls on journalists to be accurate in broadcasting news

Information Minister Walid al-Daouk called for sparing the country the risk of slipping into absurd sectarian and religious strife by steering clear from fighting and working hand in hand to nip the sedition in the bud.

On Monday, Daouk called on journalists to be objective and unbiased while transmitting information, to refrain from registering a scoop at the expense of the nation’s higher interest and to respect this profession’s ethics at a time when some people abandoned political ethics.
