Rai continues his visit to Bekaa, urges to prevent land sale

On his tour to Northern Bekaa, Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rai stressed the importance of a true reconciliation between God and Man so that he would be able to treat others as he would wish to be treated.

Rai urged everyone not to sell their lands because “doing so would be similar to an act of treason”, adding that he will continue following up on the issue of the return of Tal Sogha residents to their hometown.

In Jdaydet al-Fakiha, Rai reiterated the importance of his slogan “Partnership and Love”, praising the village for incarnating peaceful coexistence between Christians and Muslims.
