France's Macron congratulates Nawaf Salam, highlights hope for change in Lebanon

French President Emmanuel Macron extended his congratulations to Nawaf Salam on his nomination as Lebanon’s Prime Minister-designate, expressing his "best wishes for success in forming a government that serves all Lebanese."

Macron also emphasized a renewed sense of optimism for Lebanon, stating, "Following the election of President Joseph Aoun, a hope for change is rising for Lebanon."
