Army reinforcements seen in Beirut’s southern suburbs as Commander Haykal concludes plan presentation to cabinet

Lebanese army reinforcements have been spotted at several entrances to Beirut’s southern suburbs, but the Hezbollah-Amal Movement political duo has not issued any decision to gather or protest.

Sources said any action will depend on official government decisions once they are announced.

The sources also confirmed that Army Commander Rodolph Haykal has concluded his presentation of the plan to the cabinet.
