Sejaan Azzi: MP Saad Hariri not ready for premiership at the time being

Vice-president of the Kataeb party Sejaan Azzi said on Sunday that there is an "embedded plan to extend the mandate of the current parliament", noting to the danger of forming a "fait accompli government."

Azzi's remarks came during an interview with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV Show, whereby he stressed that the Saudi Arabia Kingdom is not interfering in the formation of the new government.

Azzi also asserted that he supports the formation of a political government, adding that former Prime Minister Saad Hariri is not ready to handle the premiership at the time being.
