Iranian Embassy to Lebanon's FM Rajji: Be realistic in assessing Iran and its people

The Iranian Embassy in Lebanon addressed a message to Lebanese Foreign Minister Youssef Rajji, urging him to "be realistic" in his assessment of Iran, its people, and its political system.

In a statement, the embassy said, "Mr. Youssef Rajji, do not misjudge or misunderstand the Iranian people, the system, and the state cherished by our nation. Be realistic."

The embassy added that for more than 100 days, public squares across Iran have been filled with large crowds representing all segments of society, including women, men, the elderly, youth, and children, in support of the country's political system.

It further described Iran as a "beloved and powerful country," emphasizing what it called broad popular support for the Islamic Republic.
