REPORT: Pay scale crisis threatens fate of official exams

Minister of Education Minister Elias Bou Saab said on Thursday that "it is out of the question for the official exams to be postponed again.”

However, the Union Coordination Committee voices fears that the official exams would be canceled and replaced by school certificates.
