REPORT: Mystery shrouds death of 4-year-old Celine Rakan
Lebanon's Internal Security Forces have wrapped up investigations into the death of 4-year-old Celine Rakan, pointing the finger at the domestic worker who confessed to having strangled the child.        

The domestic worker killed Rakan for fear of revealing that she was stealing, the ISF said.        

Although investigations confirmed that the worker was the killer; nonetheless many questions remain unanswered.
