Argentineans of Lebanese origin visit their homeland for the first time

Nayla Nasrallah is an Argentinean young girl, whose grandfather left the town of Rmeish in Southern Lebanon 100 years ago and heading to Argentina, visited Lebanon for the first accompanied by her parents and a group of 64 other Argentineans of Lebanese origin.

The visitors who came from 5 different Argentinean districts will profit from their short trip to their homeland to visit their native towns.

The person who organized this trip is Nastour El Hajj, a Lebanese- Argentinean man whose parents immigrated 50 years ago.

El Hajj is profiting from his previous experiences to lead the group since this is his 6th visit to Lebanon.

More than 1 million persons of Lebanese origin live in Argentina, however the Lebanese authorities are completely neglecting them.
