REPORT: Ambergris in Lebanon; a rare treasure

Ambergris, or more known in its local colloquial term as "Anbar" is a waxy substance that dates back to more than one hundred million years, with the Lebanese ambergris in specific holding special qualities of its own.

This report will shed light on the benefits of ambergris in Lebanon, considered as the oldest worldwide, and will expose a number of researchers who came from 22 states to Jbeil-Lebanon in order to discuss how ambergris can be made of use in several scientific fields.
