U.S. Congress agrees on a proposal to prevent contract with Russian company
The U.S. Congress voted Thursday on a proposed law aimed at preventing the Pentagon from finalizing a contract with a leading Russian  armaments company, Rusoboronieksport, which they accuse of arming the Syrian regime.                

The House of Representatives with a Republican majority,voted with an  overwhelming 407 votes to 5, on a proposal made ​​by Democrat Jim Moran.                  

The text was included in the funding bill for defense spending for 2013, approved by Congress, to be referred to Senate, which is controlled by the Democrats.
