Kim confirms North Korea will prioritize its relations with Russia, 'at the top of the list'

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un announced on Wednesday that his country will prioritize its bilateral relations with Russia, "at the top of the list," during a rare summit with President Vladimir Putin. 

Kim, who is visiting a space base in Russia with Putin, said, "We will give priority to the relationship between North Korea and Russia and place it at the top of our foreign policy priorities from now on," according to a Russian television broadcast.
