German Chancellor urges Israel to exercise restraint

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said it is important that Iran's attack on Israel does not escalate the current conflict.

Scholz added in Brussels, "For us, it is important now to seize this moment also to end the escalation and for Israel not to respond [...] with a major attack on its own."
