Indian Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas blames OPEC for oil market volatility

ET Now reported on Friday that Indian Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Shri Hardeep S Puri said the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is responsible for the current market volatility, not the conflict in the Middle East.

The minister of the world's third-largest crude importer added that oil producers are intentionally reducing and stopping production.
