South Korea, US, Japan express concern over Putin's visit to North Korea

The South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a joint statement on Monday stating that senior officials from South Korea, the United States, and Japan strongly condemned "in the strongest possible terms" the deepening military cooperation between North Korea and Russia.

The statement mentioned that Russian President Vladimir Putin's recent visit to Pyongyang caused deep concern.
