Tusk welcomes von der Leyen EU re-election

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Thursday applauded the re-election of Ursula von der Leyen for another term as European Commission president.

"Times are hard, but with your courage and determination, I'm sure you'll do a great job. We will do, together," Tusk, a former European Council chief, told von der Leyen on X.
