Israeli special forces carry out operation inside hospital in Khan Younis

The Israeli army said on Thursday that Israeli special forces are operating inside Nasser Hospital in the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, adding that they have reliable information that the bodies of hostages detained on October 7 may be present in the hospital.

The army said in a statement, "We are conducting precise rescue operations - as we have done in the past - as our special intelligence indicates the possibility of the hostages' bodies being held."
