Borrell: Israel continues military action that ICJ requested to stop

The European Union's foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, stated on Monday that Israel is continuing its military operation in southern Gaza despite the International Court of Justice ruling urging it to cease its attack immediately.

Borrell added ahead of a meeting of EU foreign ministers that the court's ruling must be implemented, and he also stated that efforts will be made to reach a political decision regarding the deployment of the EU mission dedicated to border assistance at the Rafah crossing.
