Future Bloc: Cabinet responsible for success of security deployment in south Beirut

The Future Parliamentary bloc stressed Tuesday that the deployment of security forces in Beirut's Southern Suburbs proves that only the state’s institutions can impose legitimacy in the country, noting that the government is responsible for the success of this important measure aiming at maintaining the state’s authority.

In a statement issued following its weekly meeting, the bloc noted that the International Support Group must convene to approve the necessary assistance needed for Lebanon, reiterating its call to commit to the Lebanese Constitution concerning the need to form a cabinet capable of managing the state’s affairs.
