Patriarch Rai holds meeting with MP Michel Aoun

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Beshara Boutros Rai met with the Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun on Thursday in Bkerke with talks featuring high on the country’s pending problems especially that of the presidential vacuum, the government’s work mechanism as well as foeirgn influences on Lebanon.

They both stressed the necessity of communicating with all parties in a bid to forge solutions that safeguard national unity.
