EDL contract workers close company gates

The EDL contract workers closed on Wednesday the company’s gates in Cornish al-Naher after they asked all employees to evacuate the building to protest not getting paid.

While sources said that the protesters asked the employees to leave the building, the protesters denied this information and opened the gated allowing the cars to leave.

EDL contract workers have been staging protests for months in hopes of being permanently employed in the company. Parliament has so far failed to reach common grounds on how to solve this issue.
