3 killed in 5-hour Syrian shelling on Akkar

A Lebanese citizen passed away after suffering from a heart attack caused by the 5-hour Syrian shelling on the town of Al Noura in Akkar. Meanwhile, 2 Syrians on a bike were killed after they crashed into a car on the Dababiya – Noura highway.

Overnight Monday, around 100 rockets fell on the outskirts of al-Dababiya and al-Noura, damaging several houses.

On Tuesday dawn, around 10 rockets were fired by Syria at the towns of al-Hisheh and al-Bkayaa in Wadi Khaled. Consequently,the LAF intensified patrols to monitor the region.
