Salameh issues new statement regarding Circular No. 161-[VIDEO]

Governor of Banque du Liban Riad Salameh stated on Wednesday that some media outlets had reported that Sayrafa platform had stopped running, clarifying that this information was completely untrue.

He also confirmed in a statement that BDL is committed to following through on the effects of Circular No. 161, and that it will continue to supply US dollars without ceiling at Sayrafa platform rate.
